ImmiSys has a powerful School Commission recording and collection system. ImmiSys has a built in Tasks Allocation and Tracking system. A team member can create and assign case specific or miscellaneous tasks to his/her fellow team members.  Each task has a built in check list and comments history section.  Each task is tracked from start to finish.

Built in workflow templates by visa subclass or category have built in tasks associated with each milestone. Work flow templates make it easy to generate reports with detailed breakdown as to how many cases are at a particular milestone. Built in tasks standardise the visa application process ensuring each task is complete before moving on to the next milestone.

Built in document check list by visa subclass.  A user can see at any point what documents have been provided by a client and what documents are still outstanding. Clients can also check their outstanding documents via the client portal if activated.
